The Armenian Government approved today the sale of 20% of ArmRusGasprom shares to Gazprom Company.
The Minister of Energy and National Resources was instructed to sign the agreement by January 17, 2014.
The Armenian National Assembly had ratified the Armenia-Russia gas deal at a sitting on December 23 2013.
