On December 7 in connection with the 25th anniversary of the Spitak Earthquake Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by top officials of the republic visited Stepanakert memorial complex and laid a wreath at the monument of innocent victims of the natural disaster, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
