The Russian Gazprom Company will acquire today the last 20% of the shares belonging to ArmRosGazprom Company, Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller told reporters.
Miller, who has arrived in Armenia with Russian President Vladimir Putin, participated today in the commissioning of the 5th power unit of Hrazdan Thermal Power Plant, Regnum reports.
Thus, according to Miller, ArmRosGazprom is becoming Gazprom’s subsidiary company. The Gazprom CEO has said “the Russian gas price for Armenia will change, and will be supplied to Armenia at Russia’s internal price.” Miller, however, refrained from mentioning concrete figures, Armenpress reports.
