On 17 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met famous Spanish opera singer Plácido Domingo Jr., Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
President Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the singer for performing in Artsakh noting that it will contribute greatly to the development of culture and deepening of intercultural dialogue, adding that it is a unique message of peace.
Issues related to realizing a number of cultural programs in there country were touched upon.
