New charge brought against Armenian driver

A new charge has been brought against Armenian driver Hrachya Harutyunyan involved in a major road accident in Podolsk, which claimed the lives of 18 and left another 27 injured.

The Russian Ministry of Interior reports that Harutyunyan used a false work permit.

Eighteen people, including one child, were killed in a traffic accident on the outskirts of Moscow, as a lorry hit a passenger bus on July 13. Hrachya Harutyunyan was the driver of the “Kamaz” that ripped the bus in two.
