On 2 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in a solemn ceremony of opening the newly built basic school in the village of Hovsepavan in the Askeran region, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
President Sahakyan said it’s necessary to establish educational institutions corresponding to modern standards in rural areas underlining its importance both for the development of education and science and improving demographic situation in villages.
