Syria wants to join the Customs Union, Syria’s Deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Qadri Jamil said in an interview with Pravda.ru.
“We have been working in this direction. Documents are ready. We are in talks already with Belarus and Kazakhstan. With Russian partners, the talks have already ended. We want to be in this organization,” the Deputy PM said.
“It is very profitable, it is an economic exchange, a new type of relations globally, where all are equal. This is an equal type of economic relations between countries,” Dr. Qadri Jamil said.
