The Foreign Ministers of Sweden and Poland Carl Bildt and Radoslaw Sikorski have started a diplomatic tour to the Eastern partnership countries.
The Ministers are currently in Moldova, where they are scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Yury Lyanke, leaders of the ruling coalition and the Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova Pirkka Tapiola.
Carl Bildt and Radoslaw Sikorski are expected to visit Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Belarus ahead of the Vilnius Summit.
