Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in the opening ceremony of the World Economic Forum in the Chinese city of Dalian.
Before the start of the forum the Prime Minister met with its founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab.
Tigran Sargsyan and Klaus Schwab exchanged views on the current economic developments, the challenges facing the world economy.
During the meeting reference was made to the economic structure of Armenia, the future programs and the steps towards economic diversification.
The forum, featuring heads and representatives of government of a number of countries, will consider the processes taking place in world economy, their possible implications and perspectives.
