Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is expected to address the autumn plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on October 2, according to PACE’s official website.
Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic and the Speaker of the Russian State Duma Sergey Naryshkin will also be among highlights of PACE’s forthcoming session to be held from September 30 to October 4.
Also on the agenda are debates on national security and access to information, and on children’s right to physical integrity.
The Assembly will also award the first ever Václav Havel Human Rights Prize.
