On September 2 President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at the festive events dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of the Artsakh Republic proclamation.
The President visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid flowers to the monuments of freedom-fighters perished for the independence and freedom of Artsakh and the first speaker of the NKR National Assembly Arthur Mkrtchyan.
Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Primate of Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghоulyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutunyan, RA and NKR officials, representatives of the Diaspora and guests from abroad partook at the events, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
