Private of the NKR Defense Army Arshak Mkrtchyan, born in 1994, was wounded as a result of firing from the Azerbaijani side at the military positions in the northern direction of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
The condition of the wounded soldier is satisfactory. Probe into the details of the incident has been launched, Press Service of the NKR Defense Ministry reports.
