Azerbaijan is ready to return Armenian captive Hakob Injighulyan, Shahin Sayilov, Secretary of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons, has said in an interview with APA.
“In case he wants to return to Armenia, the Republic of Azerbaijan will help him in this matter. In general, the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons does not support keeping of prisoners and hostages for a long time,” he noted.
Sayilov said Injighulyan’s health condition and detention conditions are normal.
