President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a congratulatory message to the composer Konstantin Orbelian on his 85th birth anniversary, President’s Press Office reported.
Serzh Sargsyan highly praised Konstantin Orbelian’s input in the development, enrichment and popularization of the Armenian music and wished him good health and creative vigor.
