“Settlement of “frozen” conflicts is a priority for Ukraine and during the OSCE chairmanship it will do its best to achieve positive dynamics in the settlements of these conflicts”, said the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara at the press conference in Baku.
He noted that Ukraine supports development of humanitarian relations between the sides of “frozen” conflicts: “We support humanitarian relations and development of civil society. We think that Azerbaijani and Armenian social organizations can contact with one another to prevent the humanitarian problems.”
