Famous Armenian artist Zaven Arshakuni’s exhibition “The Heavenly Light” was opened in Saint Petersburg within the framework of the Yerevan Days cultural program in the northern capital of Russia. About 30 works by the painter are on display.
“This exhibition, like other cultural events, is a brilliant opportunity to introduce our friends in Saint Petersburg to modern Armenian culture. Such events are also a good chance to get to know each other better and serve as a unique impetus for the development of cooperation between the two countries,” Yerevan’s Deputy Mayor Aram Sukiasyan said.
A number of other events were held within the framework of the Yerevan Days in Saint Petersburg.
