Armenian Foreign Minister, Chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe Edward Nalbandian will visit Strasbourg today, where he will make a speech at the plenary sitting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
