President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Jean-Claude Mignon, Vice-President Rene Rouquet and PACE delegates visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial today accompanied by Deputy Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan.
They laid a wreath at the memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims and honored the memory of the 1.5 victims with a minute of silence.
The guests visited the Armenian Genocide Museum Institute.
