On May 27 President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received a group of members of the French National Assembly and Senate.
President Sahakyan characterized the relations with France as one of the most important directions of NKR’s foreign policy, stressing the need to maintain and deepen strong ties between the parliaments of the two countries. Within this context the President considered important the establishment of France-Artsakh friendship circle, adding that he has a lot of expectations of its work.
A number of issues related to the domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh, regional trends and the Karabakh conflict settlement were also touched upon during the meeting, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
