Dear compatriots,
On behalf of the republic’s authorities and on my own behalf I congratulate you cordially on International Labor Day.
Our people traditionally celebrate this day expressing their attitude towards work and workers. We are well aware of the price of work, as for centuries we constructed our houses with our own hands, cultivated the native land and shaped our future.
The protection of the workers’ rights and legal interests, the creation of normal living conditions for the people are issues, which have been at the spotlight of the authorities. The Artsakh people must have the opportunity to work and care for the needs of our families through their own work. The state takes necessary steps in this direction, and I am confident that we will achieve desirable results.
