“I was not ready to send hundreds of letters of condolences or participate in funerals the day after April 9. I was not ready to declare myself the heir of any representative of any political movement or national hero and fulfill his wishes,” leader of the heritage Party Raffi Hovhannisyan told reporters today.
Hovhannisyan accepted that the rally of April 9 was not well organized and there were a number of mistakes, but added that the most important was that no blood was shed.
