President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree, appointing Edward Nalbandian as Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
According to another presidential decree, Seyran Ohanyan was appointed Defense Minister.
President Sargsyan signed decrees in line with Article 55.4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
