Head of Proshyan village (Kotayk) Hrach Muradyan was found dead near the administration building this morning.
The 50-year-old man was found with a fatal gunshot wound. The police said the shot had been made by a yet unidentified gunman.
A criminal case has been launched in line with Articles 102.2.2 and 235.1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. Investigation is underway.
