Mark Zuckerberg topped the 2013 list of highest rated CEOs in a survey from Glassdoor. The survey was based on feedback from employees, according to the Glassdoor blog, and Facebook Inc.’s Zuckerberg had a 99 percent approval rating,the Silicon Valley Business Journal informs.
According to the blog, Glassdoor’s survey is based on employee responses to the question “Do you approve or disapprove of the way your CEO is leading the company?” This survey was based on responses over the last year, according to Glassdoor.
Other local CEOs who rated high in the survey include Mountain View-based Google Inc.’s Larry Page (95 percent approval rating, ranked 11); Santa Clara-based Citrix Systems’ Mark B. Templeton (95 percent approval rating, ranked 12); Santa Clara-based NVIDIA’s Jen-Hsun Huang (94 percent approval rating; ranked 15); and Cupertino-based Apple Inc.’s Tim Cook (93 percent approve; ranked 18).
