Leader of the Heritage Party Raffi Hovhannisyan has declined President Serzh Sargsyan’s proposal to meet to discuss the post-election developments, President’s Spokesman said.
“The head of the President’s administration called Mr. Hovhannisyan yesterday to convey the official invitation for a meeting. We regret that Mr. Hovhannisyan refused to meet to discuss comprehensively all the existing questions,” Armen Arzumanyan told Panorama.am on Monday.
“We remain hopeful that Mr. Hovhannisyan has properly evaluated the situation and is sober enough to realize the threats of the de-facto rejection of dialogue,” the Spokesman added.
