The Constitutional Court today started the consideration of the applications filed by former presidential candidates Raffi Hovhannisyan and Andrias Ghukasyan. The sitting will continue until the end of the day. The Constitutional Court should make a decision within ten days after receiving the application; Thursday is the deadline.
Former presidential candidates Raffi Hovhannisyan and Andrias Ghukasyan applied to the Constitutional Court under Articles 100.3.1 and 101.9 of the Constitution to challenge the decision of the Central Electoral Commission on February 25 on the election of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
