President Abdullah Gul of Turkey has congratulated Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan after the latter scored a victory in elections for a second five-year mandate.
“According to the information received from the presidency, Gül sent a message of congratulation to Sargsyan,” Anatolia news agency reported.
