“People are the winners in the poll,” Raffi Hovhannisyan stated at a press conference following the elections.
“I respect all my opponents and first of all incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan for his contribution to the Artsakh war and the state-building. No one can deny this. He will stay in history and will still serve the people. But he is the first President over the past 20 years to accept that people are the winner, not Raffi or someone else,” Hovhannisyan said.
He stated that all those, who have falsified election results, will be punished, whoever he is.
