The results registered by presidential candidate Serzh Sargsyan’s campaign headquarters do not differ much from the exit poll results, Spokesman for the Republican Party of Armenia Edward Sharmazanov told reporters.
According to Sharmazanov, Raffi Hovhannisyan’s claims that he has been ahead of Serzh Sargsyan in a number of polling stations show that the elections have passed in a free and fair struggle.
“We can congratulate all of us on the occasion of elections held in line with democratic standards,” Sharmazanov said.
The Spokesman noted that Serzh Sargsyan’s team continues to follow the election results in good spirit, as the vote has been conducted on a high level.
Sharmazanov informed that Serzh Sargsyan will continue to follow the results at RPA headquarters.
