The legitimacy of the elections is not ensured, presidential candidate Arman Melikyan declared today, adding that the voting results may be falsified thanks to citizens missing from the country.
Arman Melikyan said according to his sources, there are pressures that could serve as a basis for election frauds.
The candidate said he can’t recognize the results of the elections even if he wins. Therefore, he has decided not to participate in the voting.
