There may be a run-off after the presidential elections of February 18, presidential candidate Raffi Hovhannisyan said during the meeting with voters at the Dramatic Theatre after Vardan Achemyan.
“The opposition candidates will definitely unite,” Hovhannisyan assured, adding however, that it’s not yet clear who they will choose as a single candidate.
According to the leader of the Heritage Party, the presidential elections are a struggle between good and evil, not between individuals or political parties.
