Presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan recalled his application submitted to the Constitutional Court shortly after midday today.
Recall that Hayrikyan submitted an application to the Constitutional Court Sunday, requesting to consider whether the obstacles he faced during the election campaign were insurmountable or not.
