Armenian, Georgian Deputy DMs discuss the perspectives of cooperation

The delegation headed by First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan paid a working visit to Georgia on February 6. The delegation comprised first Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Entico Apriamov and other officials.

Within the framework of the visit the delegation had meetings with the leadership of the Georgian Defense Ministry. During the meeting with the First Deputy Defense Minister of Georgia Levan Doladze the parties discussed issues of bilateral military cooperation and the perspectives of their development. The interlocutors exchanged views on questions of regional security and the possible developments.

Members of the Armenian delegation were hosted by Georgian Defense Minister Irakly Alasanya. Also, they attended a reception at the Armenian Embassy dedicated to the 21st anniversary of formation of the Armenian Armed Forces.
