Doctors say the blood pressure of Andrias Ghukasyan, 42, has dropped to 80/40. He is under permanent control of the doctors.
“It was my decision. It’s necessary to change the situation in the country. Fake democracy brought our country to a threshold, after which there may be a fatal crisis. We must unite today to put an end to this regime. It’s necessary to put an end to this tolerance, to this fake democracy,” Andrias Ghukasyan told reporters.
