On 1 February President of the Nagorno Karabaakh Republic Bako Sahakyan had a telephone conversation with the leader of the National Self-Determination Union, Armenian presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan.
President Sahakyan wished Paruyr Hayrikyan health and speedy recovery and hoped that very soon he would return to active political life, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
