Commission on Television and Radio reports no violations in the campaign coverage

There have been no problems with the coverage of the first week of the election campaign, President of the National Commission on Television and Radio Grigor Amalyan told reporters today.

According to him, neither the media, nor the candidates have expressed any dissatisfaction. “Raffi Hovhannisyan, Hrant Bagratyan and Serzh Sargsyan have used paid airtime. None of the candidates has reported any violation,” he said.

There has been no discrimination against the candidates in the media, Grigor Amalyan said. He underlined that there is no ideal balance, but added that this depends on the methods used in the campaign by this or that candidate.
