The Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers are expected to meet separately with OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in Paris today. It’s not yet clear whether Ministers Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov will meet or not.
Edward Nalbandian had declared earlier that the meeting of the two Ministers would be organized if necessary. The mediators expect the Foreign Ministers to meet, but the format must be determined by the latter.
