Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy plans to move to London to set up a $1.5-billion investment fund there, French media report.
Many analysts explain this as Mr. Sarkozy`s decision to avoid paying a 75% tax in his native France.
In late 2012 French President Francois Hollande called for top earners to pay 75% of their income in tax.
The measure forced popular actor Gerard Depardieu to move to Belgium.
