Military Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan presented today the results of 2012. Twenty-nine crimes were committed in the armed forces last year claiming 36 lives, of which nine cases were registered at the line of contact. The Military Prosecutor said 34 cases had been registered in 2011.
Gevorg Kostanyan said the number of crimes committed in the Azerbaijani army is three or four times as high as in Armenia. The deaths in the Azerbaijani Armed Forces are 5 to 10 times more than in Armenia, he said.
