The building of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be sold through an auction. The decision was made during today’s sitting of the Government.
Head of the State Property Management Department Arman Sahakyan said “Tango” Company does not refuse from buying the building. An initial agreement will be signed, but the building will be sold at the auction if someone suggests a higher price.
According to Sahakyan, the decision was made to ensure a greater transparency of the deal.
Remind that according to the Government decision of October 4, the MFA building was sold to Argentinean Armenian businessman Eduardo Eurnekian.
