On November 30 the Armenian side will hand over Azerbaijani citizen Telman Javanshir oglu Aliyev to the Azerbaijani side.
The transfer will take place near Kayanavan settlement in Tavush marz, Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense reports.
