Azerbaijan is ready to reconsider its decision of declaring people who have visited Nagorno Karabakh as “persona non grata,” Head of the Press Service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs Elman Adullayev told SalamNews.
If someone, who has been declared persona non-grata in Azerbaijan because of having visited Nagorno Karabakh, applies to the corresponding structures of Azerbaijan, and his application will be discussed,” he said.
