Resident of Azerbaijani village of Mazamli (Ghazakh region) Telman Javashioglu Aliyev, born in 1971, crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border near the Armenian Tavush marz.
International organizations have been informed of the incident. Probe is underway.
