“Russia considers that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict can be solved only through peace talks and discussions,” Vice-Speaker of the Russian Council of Federation Svetlana Orlova told reporters, APA reports.
According to her, Russia stands for the resolution of the issue within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
Svetlana Orlova refrained from comments on the exploitation of the Stepanakert Airport, saying she possesses no information.
