Leader of the Heritage Party Raffi Hovhannisyan will run in the forthcoming presidential elections. Hovhannisyan made the statement at a press conference today.
The Heritage leader said he’s doing that as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, who shares the responsibility for today’s situation. Therefore, he wants to participate in the “mending” of that situation.
