On 13 October President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan participated in the festive events dedicated to the Day of Stepanakert.
The President underlined the necessity of celebrating such significant events properly, highlighting its importance from both political and cultural viewpoints.
Head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan, National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutunyan, other officials partook in the event, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
